First meal on Singer Island: The service was friendly and the pina colada was tasty. However, it took forever for our meal to come out & it was not worth the wait. I had the fish tacos & my husband had a grouper sandwich. Both were over cooked. His was replaced with a burger that was tasteless. I'm too tired to care. We'll strike out in search of rave worthy food tomorrow and report back.

Food is alright the best thing is that its beachfront and music. it is in the Hilton. If ur staying here it is good for lunch .

Well the food was below average. We had the bleu chip apptzr and it had much more horseradish than bleu cheese. I had the fried grouper sandwich and had to send it back. Over cooked and batter tasted stale. Wife had fish tacos...no good due to being over cooked. It took another 12 mins for my burger to come out since I sent grouper back. Cooked correctly and nice size but little to no flavor. Piña coladas were good....food not so much. Even my toddlers pizza tastes like cardboard.

Used to Love coming here with friends on the weekends and my Mom on Holidays for Lunch on the Ocean . I've been coming here for 15 years. We would hang out and eat, have drinks, even bring my tiny Chihuahua, Maizie Dukes. Everyone Loved her and it was never issue. Atmosphere was great. Crowd was lively during Season and Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I was informed after calling making my mothers day reservation for the outside patio and bar, then hanging up. The Director of Operations called me and very rudely informed me that I could no longer bring my 3 pound Chihuahua. they were extremely curt. I bring a lot of visitors from out of town and suggest this hotel to many out of towners. I will not be returning.

Seems wildly overrated. Good views, staff is nice enough. Food was fine, drinks were sub-par and served in plastic...I won't go back.

GREAT place! The food is delicious and beautiful. The service is excellent. The view and atmosphere are perfect. Our server, Nellie, was pleasant, happy, and thoughtful and the managers passed by occasionally to check on us.

Ambiance: on the beach, great view in a beautiful Florida day. We sat on the railing looking directly out to the beach. Service: they were friendly when they served us, but their attendance was lacking, we also only received one bun with our burger Food presentation: simple, nothing fancy Taste: delicious! Fish taco was absolutely amazing and the hangover burger was great too Originality: seasoning for fish taco was dead on. Overall experience: it's very touristy, obvious because it's located in the Hilton hotel and it is on the beach. Music was very fun and entertaining. Service was lacking and unattentive. Also, you might be surrounded by drunks from time to time.

Perfect beach ambiance. We stumbled upon this after seeing the reviews on yelp. It's a tiki bar on the ocean at the Hilton. Wonderful & strong drinks, great food, friendly bartenders & best of all - on the beach! Ate there twice on our recent trip down to Palm Beach. It's casual and fun'

Looking for a beach bar, we found Coconuts on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Hoping that it would be a fun little laid back bar, we found a bland hotel bar lacking in character. To top it off, the drinks were overpriced and watered down. Honestly, I would say it was probably the worst margarita I've ever had. I would avoid the place unless staying at the hotel.

Really enjoyed this casual, ocean front restaurant. The shrimp tacos appetizer was outstanding. We sat at counter seats that face the ocean -- there is an environmental "green" area between restaurant and the beach but still has a beachfront feel. Our waitress Tiesha was excellent, friendly and attentive. The food was great and the prices reasonable considering this is a hotel restaurant (Hilton). Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner on a warm evening outdoors. Only thing missing was some music (not even recorded music playing) which seemed odd. Also a nice bar outside as well.

First off, atmosphere is over the top good. Had the lunch special of Calamari. Perfectly breaded and prepared. My party had fish tacos and they were awesome. Great value and worth the drive onto Singer Island.

The food is okay, although a bit expensive. Although, considering the lack of competition on the beach. The real issue with this place is the horrible service. We came here every morning because - it's the only location on the beach. Every single time, the wait staff acts overloaded and doesn't bring menus, doesn't clean tables, and doesn't wait on anyone. There's obvious tension between the bus sets, who actually try to bring water, and the waitresses that yell at them to stop. I could understand if they were really busy or if this is an isolated issue. However this occurs everyday and even when it's almost entirely empty.

The beach side open air view from this bar and restaurant is truly amazing. Great friendly bartenders, beer on tap reasonably priced, and I had amazing fish tacos, and everyone eating around enjoyed their food. If you desire good food and amazing views, this is the place for your to visit, restaurant is located in the Hilton hotel. Will dine here again

Coconuts On the Beach is the resto found on the first floor of Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Resort (now that's a mouthful!). We had both breakfast and dinner here. Interestingly, both experiences were quite different ... in spite of the fact that we were dining at the same place. *Breakfast* There is a great buffet option available; the buffet has a lot to choose from including an omelet bar. Ordering from menu is also an option. Tables overlooking the ocean was a huge perk in the morning as you could clearly see the water. The service was good; executive chef made his rounds by greeting patrons and gathering feedback *Dinner* Service could be improved. "Every man for himself" model used with waitstaff and as a result, seemed quite disorganized. It got tiring saying, "yes, we have already been served." The food was ok (shrimp scampi). Coconuts does the trick if you're staying at the Hilton. I've definitely had better in my lifetime.

Wonderful experience staying here at the Hilton Singer Island, the staff is so amazing and take well care of you. We ordered the turkey club sandwich just to share for like an appetizer before dinner later and it was awesome! The drinks exceeded our expectations and were very good pours. I live in the area and I bring people here frequently because I know it's going to be a great experience. The staff has been here for a long time because they have a wonderful location to work in!

Great view of the ocean. The lobster roll was good. The coconut drink was better. Bit under staff so it took bit longer to take my order.

Great place for a post-beach beer. After a lovely walk along the Singer Island oceanfront, we come back to Coconuts to re-hydrate. Pros: + Palm Beach Amberjack on tap. We're from the West Coast and it's hard to find amber beers in FL + The wait staff is very attentive + The ambiance is relaxing. There is lots of seating so you can choose whether to see and hear the ocean or the football game.

How the average is 4 stars here is beyond me. Unless we came on an off-day off-season. Which we did. But still. $60 for mediocre food and two good but weak drinks. We got the fish tacos per the suggestions. They were super salty. We also got the lobster roll. The sandwich was lacking flavor and love. The accompanying sweet potato fries were hot outside and cold inside. Frothy beachy drinks are great, as was service. If you're on Singer Beach you'd be better off eating in the strip mall where food will also be mediocre but less costly.

Had lunch here today while vacationing on Singer Island. I had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos & my wife had the turkey bacon club sandwich. Both were fresh & delicious. The staff was extremely friendly.

Noise is the problem. Speakers all around the ground floor and out to the pool and bar area. Not at all to my liking.

Excellent fish tacos!! Loved the relaxing beachside atmosphere. You can arrive here in bathing suits right off beach!

this restaurant is in the lobby of the hilton singer island resort. they have seating indoors and outdoors. and i think they were even serving to people by the pool. the food is ok and moderately priced. the service is pretty good. also, there's free internet at the lobby of the hotel, so there's also free internet at the restaurant too. we ordered the following. both were really good and would definitely recommend! - cobb salad - shrimp scampi

Not for locals anymore. They just jacked up everything on the menu $2 across the board. Drinks are $12.50. We live here and have enjoyed going there, but no more. They should have kept it local friendly, seems like they just want the tourists money now.

Stopped in here during our stay on Singer Island in May 2013 with DW. It's tucked behind the Hilton so it was difficult to find. For starters, there is no indication that this isn't just outdoor seating from the Hilton. I can say that the view is top notch since you're sitting on the beach. That's where the compliments stop though. The service was absolutely terrible. I had to flag down a waiter after going to the bar to get a menu. He acted as though we were simply keeping him from other important business when we asked him if he could take our order. We had to basically walk him through how to place an order starting with what we wanted to drink, etc. After he just walked away, we waited a good bit for our food. The mahi tacos weren't half bad but for SE Florida I've had better. After he simply dropped the plates onto the table we didn't see him again until I found him hiding in a corner and signaled for him to come over. He brought us our check about 10 minutes later and that was the last time we'll step into this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT DECENT SERVICE.

Stopped here for a late dinner while on vacation. The fish tacos are to die for. The bartender was attentive. Not many people were at the location but don't let that concern you...
